Refund Policy

All products are final sale once opened or used, due to hygiene and safety regulations.  Items sealed in original packaging are eligible for refund in 14 days from receipt.

Shipping Policy

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Natural Soul Soapery is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Natural Soul Soapery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

These products have not been evaluated by Health Canada, under the authority of the Food and Drugs Act and the Cosmetic Regulations.  These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use of our products as a substitute for medical care. Please consult your physician or qualified health professional should you have any concerns regarding the use of our products. It is recommended that you perform an allergy test by applying our product onto a small area of skin prior to usage.

  • If irritation occurs, or if you experience allergic or anaphylactic-type reactions to the ingredients in any of our products, discontinue use and consult with your physician immediately. We are not responsible for any reaction to our soaps as we list our ingredients on our site and on the soap packaging.

  • By purchasing our product you have read and accepted our disclaimer and are accepting full responsibility regarding the use of our products.

  • Our all natural handmade soaps are developed in small batches to ensure quality.  Our formula is organic, created with natural oils and is free of parabens and the chemicals typically found in many bath and body products.
